Nach zweimaliger Vertröstung, es gäbe Lieferverzögerungen, erhalte ich nun gar keine Antwort mehr vom Verkäufer und muss annehmen, dass es sich hier um systematischen Betrug handelt!

Ergänzung: Nach dieser Bewertung und einem eröffneten Paypal-Fall bekam ich am nächsten Tag mein Geld zurückgezahlt – immerhin. Ich schätze aber man kann gut von den Zinsen leben, wenn man das bei x Leuten ao macht. Eine Antwort oder Entschuldigung habe ich nicht erhalten.

Zur untenstehenden Antwort des Händlers:

Das ist zutreffend für die ersten Monate, danach habe ich im Abstand von 3 Wochen mehrere Mails verfasst, auf die ich keine Antwort mehr bekam. Erst nach dieser Bewertung wurde sofort das Geld erstattet und mir per Mail mit rechtlichen Konsequenzen gedroht, sollte ich diese Bewertung aufrechterhalten. Auf meine Antwort diesbezüglich habe ich bis heute keine Antwort erhalten.

Made complaint got ref number about order and delivery as told buy product then u can change delivery date but lied to so made complaint to customer service lied by them very bad company to complain to never get. Manager then I phone to be told there is no complaints made under ref number so cover up and never placed order even through I I have orders numbers printed out what does that say from parkhead Glasgow then they ask for name and number to say never heard of you on system what a joke do not trust delivery just want your money and can never complain as cover it up

Went to bq sidcup today to buy some tile adhesive, didn't need alot so chose a small tub said 2.5kg ready mixed £10 ,what a joke tub wad roughly 6inch estimate high and when opened there was just a third of it filled with adhesive ,talk about mis representation. All these companies continually try to fall you thinking your getting more than what you actually are ,shame on you bq.i felt I was robbed ,I am in the trade so know what you can get .I didn't want a huge tub just don't try to disguise it and make it look more

Went to the main store following the non communication from BQ,They sent another manager to deal with my no show or phone calls that the previous manager promised,Obviously the manager was there or the young lady who was no more than 17 could not pretend she was the manager stood in for him or her,.,We need to go nationwide with this lot and let everyone know that once your money is theirs then it’s nightmares for you,

Wurde vom Kundenservice über alle Schritte meiner Bestellung per E-Mail informiert.

"Very poor delivery service"

Very poor delivery service. Order no 1024864729 We were told orginally we would be given a two hour delivery time. That then became the next day any time before midday but they would ring aprox half an hour before delivery. Come 2 pm we could not wait any longer. We were twenty minutes from home when the phone rang. Not to warn us they were half an hour away but that they were in the flats car park. We had left our rented garage open incase so it was left there. This is terrible service. Not what we expect from this company. What the hell is a Bestellnummer.

Habe einen Kukri von Ontario bestellt und muste seit letztem Oktober darauf warten. Jederzeit konnte ich anrufen und mich auf den neuesten Stand bringen. Ausser der langen Lieferzeit, die vorher aber auch angekündigt war ist alles bestens gelaufen. Wg. der aktuellen Lage ist es für die Marken aus dem Übersee leider Usus, dass es mehrere Monate dauern kann bis nachgeliefert wird. Ich werde diesen Shop auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Leider war der Liefertermin nicht innerhalb 3 Tage. Aber ich muss sagen, das sich der Onlineshop extrem bemüht hat. Man merkt einfach , das es in der Coronazeit wirklich Probleme gibt. Der Shop hat aber immer informiert und dann auch terminabgesprochen geliefert.
