I needed a few bits asap so called ahead before placing an order online.
The things needed were confirmed as being in stock apart from one thing that ended up being ordered for me and posted out a few days later.
The order was shipped within a day and with me the next.
One item didn't fit but that was my fault and this was swapped hassle free.
Very impressed and happy I have found somewhere that I can shop with confidence.

"Problems - Contact James"
So my e-mail to James worked and I found out from him that they had been unable to fulfil my order as the wrong item had been received from their supplier. However they couldn't match that up with my outstanding order :-(
Once I chased them the correct item did finally arrive and my order was sent with no more delays to me.
What I take from this experience - forget calling or e-mailing their website contact e-mail - contact James directly if you don't receive your order in a timely fashion.

What a great website, so much on there to choose from.
I ordered a few bits and pieces for my new horse Which arrived two days later.
I received an email ad a text message from the courier and an email from he company that gave me an hour delivery slot which was so useful as I didn't have to wait around all day.
One item didn't fit so I returned it and another was sent out to me within a few days.
Very nice company to deal with.

"Couldnt have arrived quicker"
Thank you total horse for getting me out of a pickle.
I ordered a pair of mountain horse boots from another website and after a wait of nearly two months and some broken promises it eventually turned out that the boots were going to take quite some time to arrive.
After numerous calls to varied other retailers I eventually found them to be in stock here and called up to order over the phone as im not a huge fan of paying online.
I found the advice i received was first class regarding sizing as it transpires that I would have ordered the completely wrong size, there was a video on their website which allowed to to correctly measure myself which was super helpful.
I ordered the correct size which they did have in stock which arrived literally the very next day which I simply thought was superb.
The boots themselves are fantastic, the fit was perfect and they couldnt be better.
I have no issue at all recommending this company and thank you for helping me when I needed the boots in a hurry.

"Still waiting for my refund!"
Have been chasing a refund for a pair of Dublin Breeches they received back on 8th April, for over a month, despite emailing several times with no response and numerous phone calls, which always went to a mobiles voicemail. Had a call back twice, the last one telling me I should have my refund by week ago Monday (9th May) at the latest.... Still no refund!! I am now concerned this could be a business in financial trouble, as I have never experienced such unprofessional, poor service from a supplier of equestrian products!
* Pleased to say refund has now finally been received! 19/05/16.

"No product...No refund...No explanations"
I ordered a pair of boots on the Internet from Total Horse and obviously paid in full. As I am an overseas online customer, I made numerous enquiries by email regarding my transaction, received two reply emails which provided no information on the whereabouts of the goods. Was advised twice that the goods had been despatched but has never been received. A month has gone by since placing the order and paying for the boots, still have not received the goods nor a refund provided. Also no explanation has ever been given for the failure to supply the goods. Out of pocket but at least lucky that I did not go through with more purchases of items I wanted from Total Horse. Instead have purchased them elsewhere and received them hassle free in a matter of days
ZERO STAR is probably more suited had this been possible as a rating

"Poor service and communication"
I ordered two pair of Dublin Boots one being a pair of Dublin Eskimo Boots which had an offer on for a free pair of short jodhpur ankle boots. TWo pairs of boots came but not the free ones. I contacted Total Horse customer services via email and spoke to James who said he would sort it out as there was no pop up on the website asking what size and colour I wanted and he asked me to send the size and colour I wanted which I did. He never replied and I have emailed him twice even with my phone number to ask what was happening. I then emailed customer services twice but two weeks later I'm still waiting for a reply also the phone constantly going to voicemail for them so have no way to communicate and no sign of my ankle boots. this is a terrible way to treat customers, wouldn't go back to them again, the least they can do is reply and let me know the situation that's all I ask, but have heard nothing.

Poor Service - did not have item in stock - although showed as such on website. Took a long time to respond to queries. Have also not responded satisfactorily to request for return of item. Still outstanding queries on this, and not resolved.

Cannot fault this company, called up for some advice and was treated very nicely and the item i ordered arrived very quickly.
Nicely presented and I am more than happy with the service.
