I was needing some mountain horse sovereign boots for my daughter and was having some difficulty in sizing. Totalhorse seemed to be the only site that actually included a sizing guide and a video on how to correctly measure, so after some cloak and dagger measurements on my daughters legI triple checked over the phone and placed the order. They had to order the boots in from the supplier which was fine, I was given a delivery date and they arrived the day before. She obviously has yet to try them as the are a christmas present but the dealings with the company were spot on.
I am happy to recommend them.

My boots arrived as described and as promised, needed them in a rush and after a few other suppliers were unable to source them, I managed to find them here.
I continually was sent brown boots by a few other websites even though I was ordering black.
I spoke with customer services who we're extremely helpful and assured me that they correct colour were in fact coming into stock the very next day.
Initially I was a little worried that I might yet again receive the incorrect colour but Totalhorse got it right first time.
The boots themselves are very nice and exactly what I was expecting and in the end a little cheaper than where I was ordering from before.
The boots arrived in a nice box so that the products box was not damaged which made a nice change from receiving a bag type cover.
In all I was very satisfied by my purchase and Totalhorse were superb.
I would certainly use them again and will now be doing all of my shopping for the yard here

The rug I ordered arrived the day after I placed the order online, which is incredibly quick and impressive. I also found the website very well designed and easy to use, and Total Horse offer great prices and a very good variety of stock. I did a lot of price comparisons and shopping around before deciding on the Weatherbeeta rug, which is beautiful and seems very well designed, so I can't wait to try it on my lucky horse later!

What a great company and a breath of fresh air, I needed to get a rug for my injured horse delivered to me in a hurry.
Not only did total horse have one in stock, they also contacted another retailer as they didn't have the second item i needed and had them ship out to me directly too.
They really went above and beyond and this has to be the best customer service experience I have ever had.
I didn't get the name of the gentleman who I spoke to but he really helped and I hope this post is brought to his attention as ti should be.
Again thank you for the first class service and delivery which arrived the very next day.
