"Fantastic"

I would just like to thank Stephen and the solar team for all of the work they carried out installing solar panels, hybrid inverter and batteries. From start to finish, the team were fantastic. We went through all of the specifications in detail and it's now much cheaper to supply the existing air source heat pump with solar generated electricity. I couldn't recommend Stephen and the team highly enough. They were knowledgeable, polite, tidy and respectful throughout the job.

I first became aware of Honest Electricals when they carried out work at my parents home installing and commissioning a PV system under a scheme as my parents are elderly, and I am glad I did.

From the very start with my initial enquiry call, through system design and quote, to post installation follow up Stephen and the team have been amazing, to the point where I almost don't know where to start with this review.

Technical perspective: Stephen and the team ensured they listened to my needs fully, exploring different options for both the current need and also future needs to ensure my system was future ready and we finally settled on 6kw of PV panels, 13kw of battery storage and a Solar diverter to send excess electricity to heat my domestic hot water.
The results speak for themselves, over the four weeks after commissioning, my electricity bill is in the region of 20p per day and my domestic gas usage to heat water has reduced by over 50%.

Customer Service perspective: Its hard to sum this up adequately, nothing was too much trouble before, during and after installation.
Stephen and the team ensured I was kept informed of plans and timelines, they ensured that I didn't get the job THEY wanted to install but got the job I wanted installed, all while acting as the experts that they are, so that in the end the installation was a job both they and I are proud of.

Customer Focus perspective: Stephen and the team that did the installation were warm, friendly and approachable and were clearly focused on not just doing a job but doing a GOOD job which could be seen in not only the standard of their work but the pride they took in that standard.
As I work from home, I was around during the installation and the three guys didn't just interact with myself and my wife in relation to the job, but laughed, joked and had fun as they worked.
In short, and I chose these words carefully, it was an absolute pleasure have the guys in my home and would do so again any time.

To sum this review up, I have had a first class system, supplied by a first class company, installed by three of the nicest people you could ever meet.
