I never leave reviews but this one is more than deserved! The team at Honest (Jordan, Kevin, Daniel, James and Rachel) are efficient, understanding, and exceptionally helpful. They have managed to get me a rebate of £12,000 that I didn’t even know I was entitled to. One phone call from Jordan was all it took to get the ball rolling. Their correspondence and procedures were simple, with very minimal effort required on my part. I can’t thank them enough for all they’ve done. Highly recommended, 10/10, thank you so much! I am one exceptionally happy customer.

Massive thank you to Liam at Honest Gas and Power. We are a social club and Liam managed to get us over £4k refunded from our gas/electric supplier, and got the bills reduced moving forward. He also got our meters replaced to smart meters as well. A very big Thank You to Liam at Honest Gas & Power. He contacted me to advise that as we are a Social Club we shouldn't be paying CCL charge. After giving him an authority to speak with our supplier, he has managed to get us a £5k refund & also managed to reduce the VAT we pay from 20% to 5%. Also, going forward our electricity bills will be cheaper so its a WIN WIN.
Liam kept me notified with each step of the process & I am delighted with the outcome.

"I received a telephone call from Jordan…"

I received a telephone call from Jordan explaining what we were being charge on VAT and CCL and that they could get these monies back for us from our Utlility company.
I was kept up to date all the way through, it only took 2 weeks for for this to be resolved, well done, could not fault the service

I received a phone call from Daniel, who explained what they did and that they could try and help with a refund of CCL. I agreed for him to try, but advised that I was not interested in any other services as I had recently agreed to a new Electricity contract. The claim was resolved successfully. Daniel kept me informed at all times and was very professional throughout.
