Throughout the process he took time to explain the issues arising from current market conditions and how best to minimise the cost. Would highly recommend .

Not only did Arran Quinn Find us a great deal on our energy but himself and Rachel Hutchinson helped us when we were misinformed about prices for an energy renewal earlier in the year. They have saved us thousands of £££. Along with that they helped through every step of the complaints process in order to cancel the other contract without fees due to misinformation and misleading information.

We've been with Honest Group for a couple of years now, having had them arrange two lots of utility contracts for us. The key thing that made the decision to stick with them so easy was the outstanding aftercare support we get from their account team, lead by Rachel. They're always very quick to reply to an email, no query is too complex for them and they seem geniunely determined to resolve problems you're having. This company is fantastic the were very quick to arrange all work on my property, and when this work was being carried out they phoned to check on progress and if I had any issues,and after work was near to completion they phoned again to ask if everything went smoothly and if there was any problems, if there were they would chase on our behalf all in all I highly recommend honest group to every one due to the care they give to there customers Thankyou for arranging it to quickly and took the time to contact me on a number of occasions. I was extremely pleased with this service. Everything went smoothly, all the tradesmen were polite, honest and great at there job. Office staff left me messages and emails on arrival times and everyone was punctual. I wouldn't hesitate to use any of them again.

External walls boarded and added one wall to divide kitchen and living room.

We had all our internal walls insulated, plastered and solar panels fitted along with an air source heat pump.
The house is so much warmer. The lads doing the work were nice lads, and Damien from Honest power was great. Always on the phone checking in with us, and making sure any concerns we may of had were sorted.
