Situazione inaccettabile
Mi trovo costretta a segnalare pubblicamente la mia esperienza con OENO, anche se sono ancora con la speranza che questa situazione venga finalmente risolta. Nel 2020 ho investito in vino su consiglio della vostra azienda, con la promessa di un investimento sicuro e di una gestione trasparente. Purtroppo, nonostante numerose richieste di chiusura e vendita delle bottiglie, non ho mai ricevuto risposte concrete né un reale avanzamento della pratica.
Dopo molteplici solleciti, ho persino chiesto di ricevere fisicamente le mie bottiglie. Dopo mesi di attesa, me ne sono state inviate alcune… ma non tutte! Ad oggi, mancano ancora due casse per un valore di quasi 3.000 euro. Nel gennaio del 2023 mi viene detto che si trovano in Francia e che devo attendere il trasporto fino a marzo 2023, ma dopo due anni non è arrivato niente e questa giustificazione non è più accettabile.
Oltre al mancato rispetto degli accordi, ho riscontrato una gestione poco chiara e frammentata, con continui cambi di referente che rendono impossibile una comunicazione efficace. L’ultima persona con cui ero in contatto, ha smesso di rispondere alle mie email, lasciandomi senza alcuna informazione sullo stato del mio investimento.
Spero che mia situazione venga risolta immediatamente: con la vendita delle bottiglie rimanenti e il pagamento dell’importo dovuto. In caso contrario, sarò costretta a intraprendere altre azioni per tutelare i miei diritti e recuperare il mio investimento.
Spero che venga risolta in più breve tempo possibile, ma adesso posso solo sconsigliare l'investimento con OENO...

La experiencia ha sido muy positiva. La disponibilidad, buen trato y entrega por parte de Pedro en las explicaciones de la inversión ha sido excelente. Muy contenta y agradecida. Ha sido un placer.

Since then, he has only replied twice—once to say he was out of the country and another time to say he was in meetings. The last message I received from him was on January 8, and since then, he has completely vanished—he doesn’t answer calls, nor does he reply to emails or messages.

As for my Portuguese broker, he last responded on January 14, saying he would speak with the CEO. Since then, he, too, has stopped answering calls and messages. Someone who was always so available when it came to investing has now suddenly gone silent. And the last thing he did say was that it wasn’t his problem—it was the finance department’s.

Second time round after sending email after email I haven’t had any responses at all, my journey for trying to exit this investment has taken well over 2 years being passed from portfolio manager to portfolio manager and then onto an account manager who was still unsuccessful with a giving an outcome, which has been nothing but miss leading and being told that my wines are being dealt with and the market isn’t doing well at every time I managed to get through.

Still very unsure on when I will get a response but I haven’t even had a response from the admin team.

Non responsive company and every time it’s a different excuse. Steer very clear of this company which screams a scamming experience.

"Oeno - New Year Nothing's Changed"

So Oeno reached out to me in Dec advising that it is difficult to sell wines in the portfolio with negative reviews and asked that I modify my review which would assist them in selling. Frankly, doing what you say you are going to do is the best manner to get good ratings. I told them to show me some results and I would consider it.

"Apparently", or so they say, some wines in my portfolio have sold but they were just waiting for final payment from the buyer. For two months. Radio silence in that time. Now four years into a 12-18 month investment period with absolutely zero to show for it.

As such, the assessment on Oeno warrants zero revision. Steer well clear of Oeno.

"OENO .Una vera truffa "

Sette anni fa ho investito in OENO. Dopo quattro anni, visti i risultati finanziari disastrosi, ho chiesto di abbandonare l’investimento. Dopo un primo rimborso parziale , sedici mesi fa, non mi hanno ancora risarcito completamente. Due mesi fa ho avuto svariati colloqui con la dirigenza ma oltre le promesse non sono riuscito ad avere la liquidazione del mio investimento. In quell'occasione avevo scritto un articolo su Trusstpilot ,molto critico come questo, ma sono riusciti a farlo cancellare, ma non demordo ,ogni volta che mi censurereranno riscriverò l'articolo. Consiglio a tutti quelli che sono nella mia situazione di esporre qui i loro problemi , è l'unico modo per arrivare ad un risultato

Non è vero che sono stato RISARCITO COMPLETAMENTE e non è vero che ho acquistato e venduto azioni con profitto ho PERSO IL 30% dei soldi investiti per il mancato rimborso ! La vostra è una mistificazione al fine della truffa .

"Pessima esperienza"

Buongiorno,
Vorrei pubblicizzare la mia esperienza totalmente negativa con OENO.
Ho investito in vino seguendo i loro consigli, chiedendo esplicitamente di inserire nel portfolio vini che potessero essere rivenduti nel giro di 2/3 anni.
A distanza di 7 anni nulla di tutto ciò è stato mantenuto.
Non un solo vino è stato venduto, il prezzo di acquisto come ho letto in altre recensioni era molto maggiore di quello di mercato e questo fa pensare che il loro guadagno principale sia in fase di vendita dei vini ai clienti e non sul margine di profitto (come pubblicizzato sul sito) che assicurano ai clienti.
Tralasciamo il fatto che le performance reali non si avvicinano nemmeno lontanamente a quelli prospettate (10% medio annuo).

La cosa grave è l'impossibilità di fatto di liquidare le posizioni anche in perdita.
Anche io aderirei ad una eventuale class action per pubblicità ingannevole e pratica scorretta.
Sto cercando di capire se ci sono altri canali di vendita dei vini in possesso e se qualcuno è nelle mie stessa situazione o avesse già proceduto in tal senso è pregato di contattarmi.
NON investite assolutamente con questa azienda!!

L'azienda, anzichè cercare di capire le motivazioni che mi hanno portato a recensire cosi negativamente la mia esperienza, ha richiesto a Trustpilot la rimozione della recensione in quanto da loro considerata nociva o illegale.
Ovviamente dopo gli opportuni e dovuti controlli da parte di Trustpilot la recensione è stata ripristinata in quanto ritenuta aderente alle linee guida.
