"I shop instore and online with TS - always a pleasure"
I shop instore and online with TS. Both experiences are enjoyable, but I'll focus on online here.
The website is easy to navigate and shows stock levels of particular sizing which is great.
Ordering is simple and are processed within acceptable times for online shopping (I consider 2-5 days to ship as acceptable for online shopping unless ordering out of stock of items). Shipping itself isn't TS but has for me always been fairly prompt.
Returns: I choose to return to store (refund not exchange), this way I get to shop instore as well. Make sure you have your invoice (on your phone or printed) and this will go smoothly in store. I have had no problems returning to Capalaba store. (NB: if exchanging, call and check with the store about stock and try during less busy periods).
I enjoy shopping with TS online (and instore) and recommend taking advantage of any sales - they do have higher prices to go with better quality products (then you'd get at target/bigw/kmart etc).

Excellent service from Marisa Fultaro who helped me at Taking Shape Knox. This lady is such a bright confident and not pushy sales lady so I decided to note her name to let you know she is a Gem. By the way I did purchase 2 items instead of planned 1 item

"Great Service, good products, competitive prices"
I have been buying online from Taking Shape quite often this year because apart from losing weight and needing new clothes we have been in lockdown off and on for nearly nine months so shopping in stores was not possible. I have found their online service exemplary. Often, despite Covid, my order would be delivered either the next day or the day after. Sometimes my orders might take a few days but it was obvious from postal tracking that it was due to the fact that Australia Post was struggling to deliver everyone’s parcels, even so the delivery times of Taking Shape parcels were usually better than the other online providers I was using. Recently I had cause to contact Customer Service because of a faulty product and they responded within 24 hours and were most helpful, professional and courteous. From my experience I would recommend them.

"Hi,I have had 3 deliveries came quickly…but missing a order"
Hi,I have had 3 deliveries came quickly but waiting on a order supposed to be del 4th May. Sent so many emails and no answers. I want to order top again while you still have stock but what happens if it turns up few weeks later. I bought it when you had free del and was 50% off. I think it has gone missing because other orders have come after this one. You really need to do something about your customer service not just pushing orders out.

Very disappointed with lack of customer service. Only contactable via email with automated response. If Sussan can deliver in 5 days from order and City chic can deliver in 7 days from order why am I still waiting 12 days and still NO notification of shipment yet????? VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️ ☹️☹️

"Shocking customer service"
Shocking customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes on line which have not arrived as yet. I checked the order status and it said they had been delivered which is incorrect . I have tried to contact TS to resolve this issue. I have emailed many times and have not received a reply at all. Cannot phone as they are not taking calls. Very frustrating.

If I could give them no stars I would. Their online customer service is a joke as they do not have one. I ordered online 28.3.2020 and they happily debited my account for the goods on the 30.3.2020. I have not received any information regarding the delivery (and I do understand that things are harder at the moment with Covid). No update or communication to advise an estimated delivery. I ordered online to support them through this period. I have tried emailing them and all I get is an automated response. So very disappointed in this company. I will not order online with them again.

"Be Wary about Ordering online with this Store!"
Something is happening with Taking Shape and it's not good! Taking Shape has closed their telephone lines to Customer Service, choosing to refuse to speak to their customers ( announced on the website last week in fine print). They tell you the method to reach them now is by email which they apparently don't answer judging by my experience of writing at least 5 over the past 12 days. I placed an order on 28/03 and other than the initial transaction heard nothing more...like the usual fulfillment/shipping notice.. then out of the blue I get a credit for 1 of the items yesterday and then later a shipping notice saying it was on its way to me....finally! Ironically, had they advised timely about being out of stock, I could have purchased it in my local store! Very disappointing but I won't be ordering again as I sense there is serious financial issues and don't want to risk becoming a creditor.

"Customer Service & web site fail"
I've been calling and emailing Taking Shape for the past 10 days as I'm having trouble placing an order online. No one ever picks up the phone and no one has ever replied to my emails. I have called in excess of 20 times over the last 10 days and have emailed 5 times. The customer services is worse than bad - it's non-existant.
