This year my experience with Lancaster insurance started with my phone call, the line was busy and I was unable to get connected but a short time later i had a call back , after describing my needs i was transferred to a very competent and very knowlegeable person who advised the actions i needed to take and subsequently providing my new insurance

Simple renewal process. Reasonable premium and easy to understand T&Cs. I haven't made a claim so can't say whether they're the best at settling but given clarity of renewal I can only hope.
