"Really Concerning"

I had an email from this company after a dispute with a neighbour over their dangerous trees.
When the neighbour ( imo ) played underhand tactics involving a survey, I pointed this out, as well as reported the matter to RICS.
This company completely ignored the facts I presented and continued " putting me on notice " .
Now I get that solicitors act on the best interests of their client, but when it's been pointed out that some of the information presented to them wasn't factually correct.
They should do some due diligence on the document in question.
I will be reporting this company to the SRA, it is my opinion that they have acted extremely poor in handling this matter.

Update : I don't need to be a client to experience your level of professionalism.
