"Absolutely horrendous experience"

Absolutely horrendous experience. When you hire a solicitor, you expect their expertise and efficiency. I provided all necessary information for purchasing a piece of land and assumed that my solicitor would handle the rest. Three months passed, and I assumed my solicitor had been in contact with the landowner. To my surprise, I received a blunt email from my solicitor stating that the landowner needed their own solicitor and that she required those details to proceed. The landowner, however, wasn’t using a solicitor and was waiting for mine to reach out so she could provide a contract. It took three months for my solicitor to inform me of this issue!!

Due to this delay, once the landowner finally got a solicitor and the contract was sent over, five months had already passed. This unnecessary delay forced me to reapply for the loan on the land, causing further stress and wasted time.

Moreover, the solicitor I dealt with was extremely rude, even sighing on the phone when speaking to me. I felt anxious to call her for help or guidance because of her attitude. My emails were ignored, and when I did get a response, I was spoken to condescendingly. Despite being a partner in the company, she treated me like an annoyance rather than a client. Even a representative from Business Wales noted her rudeness.

I would not recommend using this firm, especially for house or land purchases
