It is now Jan 28 and I am still waiting to hear back from them. Not impressed with customer service (or lack of)...

"Ragged tips on my Boye Stitch holders"

I ordered 3 Boye 1.75” Aluminum Stitch holders for miniature knitting. I already had one so I thought these would be of the same quality/design. The tip of my original Boye Stitch holder was rounded and smooth, making it easy to transfer my stitches from needle to holder. The tips on each of these holders were simply cut off perpendicularly making them useless. The tips pulled at my yarn making the whole process frustrating. I tried to smooth them with fine sandpaper to no avail. Finally gave up : (
