THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT.
I honestly believe this company is fraudulently stealing peoples valuable items.
We left our bags with them in November 2024 and after weeks of asking for them back as we did not want to sell them they told us to go and collect them only to get there and find out they do not have them.
All I can think is that this company is taking peoples items and stealing them.
Please do not use this company to sell or buy.
I will need to report them to the police or take some kind of action legally as they have stolen of £5k worth of bags.

I am in the middle of a nightmare with this company. I sent 2 Hermes bags for consignment, both in excellent condition, and was notified that the store was not interested in selling them. This was odd as one was a 28cm Kelly and one a Medor clutch - the only thing I could think of was that they were too old for their purposes. I was told when I could collect them from the shop and went after the stated date.
The store could not locate the bags and there were back and forth calls with head office. I was then notified that they were still at head office and they bags would be couriered to me. I waited a day and heard nothing from the contact I had from the main office. I called and was told that the bags were actually at the shop. I went back to the shop and again, much to-in and fro-ing and they could not locate the bags. I was told that they would do a deep search for the bags and to call back. I called the next day and was told that someone from the main office would go to the shop to look for the bags. I called again the next day and the bags still had not been found. I was then told that I would receive compensation for the bags and to email the receipts for the bags, which I did.
Despite being told that I would receive compensation by the end of the week, when I called to confirm this, they said that it could not be handled until January 10 because the admin staff would be gone for the Christmas holidays.
I waited until the beginning of the week of the 10th to email to confirm that I would receive compensation by the 10th and I was told yes, I would receive the money by the end of the week. I main e-mailed to confirm that things were in motion on the 9th was was emailed back to say that the person who had originally handled the case had been away and was now back and another search would be attempted and to give them until the end of day Monday. I emailed Tuesday morning to ask say that I expected my age to wither be couriered to me or payment made to my account by the end of the day (as of this point, this whole nightmare has been going on for 2 and a half months!). No return email. I called and left a message - no return phone call. I sent an email at the end of day Tuesday asking for a confirmation of what is going on. It is now Wednesday mid-day and they are still ignoring my emails and phone calls.
At this point, they have presumably lost my 2 Hermes bags and are avoiding payment. I am at a loss on what to do and will now have to pursue the legal route.
BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!

I purchased an item, got a confirmation e mail then nothing. Not replying to e mails or messages on whatsap or messages via Instagram. Looks like I will have to make a credit card chargeback. Appalling non customer service.

Lack of communication, take your items with alot of promises and then forget about you. Continues chasing only to find they sold a item for less than half what they promised. I would rather have kept my item than sold it. But no contact made to discuss the reduced price. Never again 😒

Horrible service. Take ages to send anything. And often wait over a week and then just tell you it’s not coming. They don’t tell the truth. Don’t trust them. Really poor service!!

"Canada Goose jacket. "
Hi I have an almost new Canada Goose jacket.I sent photos,but was told they only take items one or two seasons old.{I have since found out this is not true}When you buy a genuine Canada Goose jacket it lasts for years not a couple of seasons.Perhaps the person who viewed the photos was not aware of the value of said brand.
