Two attempts to produce a simple rectangular panel resulted in failure. 1st attempt, waited 2 weeks then received without radiused corners as ordered. 2nd panel received 1 week later despite assurances that it would be expedited. This panel was 5mm smaller than ordered in both w x h, the holes were 2 mm larger than ordered and the radiused corners looked like a small rodent had made them! Both unusable!
In summary - Poor attention to detail, poor workmanship and poor customer service. Well practiced in apologising though. Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. Lost a contract because of this and revenue worth over £ 2 k - BEWARE !!!!

The Acrylic Store started off very helpful, but during our discussions on where to drill the holes on my mirrored panels they didn’t actually listen to the instructions, so I ended up with unusable mirrored panels, because the holes had been drilled too close to the edge of the panel. I have sent emails detailing the complaint and all I get back is condescending and rude emails stating incorrect information. Delivery was slow (they only delivery twice a week to London) and even that was delayed, without any communication, and they knew I needed the frames urgently! I pushed for a delivery refunded. The process of paying is way too complicated and not very modern - you place the order and then someone has to call you to take payment over the phone. I had to call three times to actually pay them, which delayed everything further. Overall my experience was very poor. I’ve paid for unusable panels and I am still waiting for someone to call me back following my emails complaining. I think you could find a better and more efficient business

Whilst the quality of the goods is excellent, this company does not offer a 'custom cut' service, despite claiming they do on their website. I took the trouble to laser measure a installation for a customer and sent specific drawings with measurements on for several custom pieces. Despite emails and calls to obtain a assurance they would be cut to the measurements on the drawings they were not. I ended up having to modify at the point of installation. Don't advertise something you can't provide!
