I read about Park Prodigy in a review site, researched its rating and authenticity and made the decision to purchase my park passes through the site. I LOVE that this allows us early entry into Universal (in HP World, it’s a must if you want to ride the favorites!) as well as the easy process in purchasing. I also GREATLY appreciate the additional services such as preplanning and tips that come with my tickets. It takes the stress off of so many unknowns. I can’t wait to explore all that Universal Offers with my “tween” grandson!

Decided to book my Universal Orlando tickets from TheParkProdigy, after seeing their rating on Trustpilot. You just have to allow up to 48 hours for them to process your order.
I received my confirmation number from Universal after about 20 hours. Tickets were cheaper than buying from Universal, and includes early park access! So I highly recommend TheParkProdigy.

My cards failed to process multiple times for reasons I still don't understand, and Ximena was right with me every step of the way, trying on my behalf until we made it. She even texted me on whatsapp to speed up the process! And once I got the tickets, I also received an extemely helpful guide on how to tackle the parks (both Disney World and Universal Studios).
