While researching how to get early access to Universal without staying at the parks hotels, I came across Park Prodigy. The ease of use and fast customer service provided a seamless experience similar to buying from Universal directly, but with little cheaper price, early access and they even saw there was a deal for the same price as my tickets I bought so they added that to my benefit. Will use again for all my universal needs.

I read about The Park Prodigy while researching an upcoming trip to Universal/Harry Potter. They have a very helpful online guide to maximize your time at the parks. I saw they also sold tickets so I called on a Sunday and spoke with Michael. He was extremely helpful and I purchased our tickets with early park admission. We were able to have the tickets printed at our hotel (Hilton Doubletree) and had a wonderful time.
