A wonderful, authentic experience. We absolutely loved the cooking (and the eating of course) as well as meeting Clelia and Raffaella and learning from them and getting to know them. It was a special evening and a real highlight of our holiday.

Three couples attended the cheese making experience and we each enjoyed the event without any reservations at all. Marco was very efficient and clear in his communications both prior to and as the event actually unfolded at the farm His knowledge of the farm and its history and procedures was first class. He and Umberto the cheesemaker worked seamlessly as a team and complimented each other perfectly. Umberto is of course an expert in his craft and his passion shone through.Each of us was made to feel a valued participant and we learnt a great deal while having a lot of fun. The after making lunch was terrific and the value overall excellent. Bravo!

We loved our pasta making class! Francesca and Marco were very kind and we learned a lot about how to make different pasta shapes. The setting was beautiful as well and the meal they provided for us after the class was absolutely fantastic!
