Owning a house and moving closer to family and friends again has been our biggest wish for a while now. This dream is finally coming true as we are currently in the process of buying our first house. As we are first-time buyers we had no idea what the process would look like but Julie and Megs have made this journey so much easier and enjoyable. Wanting a bungalow we were thrilled to find a fabulous design at Sampford Peverell. 3 double bedrooms - amazing. Not only a beautiful home but a community feel on site. Play equipment, an orchard, allotments, footpaths . When we first saw the site we met Dan who does the company proud. He listens, explains and ensures we understand what is and isn’t included. Me and my mum went to look at the houses on this beautiful development as I am nearing ready to buy my first home. The surrounding facilities were excellent and all within a good distance! The friendly sales associate ‘Chloe’ answered all of our questions and showed us around all of the different types of beautiful homes they offer. I will definitely be back!

I bought my home in st Mary’s garden village in 2022. It was my first home and I was extremely nervous about the process. Julie, Paul and the team made this experience so warming and comforting explaining everything as it went along. They were true to the timelines and there were no nasty surprises.

Not only was the buying process smooth but the aftercare is second to none! The few small snags that needed to happen were completed promptly and to high quality. The team were so helpful to help me hang my television and fit my washing machine.

I went to the Orchards for a look around due to looking for my first home in the area, I was greeted by lovely customer service from Chloe, very friendly and knowledgeable, Absolutely beautiful show home in a great area.

Excellent support from the sales team in Sampford Peverell and in particular Dan Strangury who is outstanding. Furthermore, Shawn the site manager could not have been more helpful and more flexible in providing solutions on quite a difficult plot on the site. Unfortunately we did not ultimately purchase, for various reasons which were not associated with the site. It was a real pleasure working with both Dan and Shawn and we were very disappointed not to be able to proceed with the purchase.

I’m currently relocating from Cheshire with my family to hopefully the new development, the orchards in sampford peverell.
I can’t thank Dan enough he has been extremely supportive during the process and keeping me up to date, it’s a huge move for us all. He is a true credit to the company and I can’t not thank him enough. We have viewed the 4 bed Monmouth design which was beautiful and accommodates the entire family extremely well for many years to come.

We visited the orchards development in Devon as I’m looking to relocate to the area.
Greeted by a young chap, he was really helpful and patient with us as we are looking to relocate to the area from Surrey as we have family in the area.
He talked us through the process from start to finish of buying a new home as we would be “first timers” purchasing a new build, we will be back as soon as we are under offer.
