"Lovely homes to buy "

We were very happy with the service we received from both Bluebell homes and Edenstone. All the sales team were really helpfull and kept us up to date with the purchase of our home.
We were relocating from London and they made our whole experience very smooth.
Nothing seemed to much trouble when we called or visited with any questions.
We love our home and have been very happy there for 3 years.
We will be sad to see the sales team move on as they have become friends

"Not refunded!!"

My partner and I reserved an Edenstone plot for £1000 of which £500 was non refundable if we decided not to proceed with the reservation.
We did change our minds and decide not to proceed, we requested a refund of our £500 over one week ago, numerous messages back and forth via Whatsapp as this is the only method of which they will communicate (unprofessional in my view) and still no refund.
Was advised that a refund has been issued to my bank card however I have spoken with my bank today and been told that no refund has taken place on my account.
Advised Edenstone of this and have been told that as far as they are concerned their account department have issued the refund therefore will not continue to discuss it!!
We have waited over a week with numerous chasing messages for our refund to be told this has taken place however it clearly has not!! We have not been asked for evidence that the refund has not gone into my bank account but we have been dismissed as they will do nothing further!!!
We handed over our money in good faith but gosh are we regretting it now!!!
We certainly will be taking this further!!
A word of warning to other home buyers.......
