We wanted to buy a house around the Tiverton area and a friend recommended trying The orchards development, we enquired and were greeted by Dan and shown around some houses, and eventually decided to put an offer on one of them, Dan couldn’t of been more helpful during the whole process and no request was ever met with “no” he helped us ever step of the way and now we have our dream home thanks to there professionalism and customer first nature! We even talked about the part exchange process which Dan explained extremely well to us and made the process really easy.
