His passion for and knowledge of jewellery was so captivating, and he has a brilliant personality - with the combination of these, he worked with us to configure an astonishing wedding band for my wife. The confidence and pride he had for the manufacture of the ring was also a standout point for us, and is reflected in their amazing aftercare services they provide.

A minor modification was requested upon receipt of my groom's wedding band, and Paul, who's also incredibly passionate and friendly, turned around the finished product in a day without any hesitation.

The moment I got in touch with George at Harper Tait, it felt like I knew George for such a long time! Made me feel right at home. I went with my fiancee first to get an idea of what she liked but George guided us through all the choices and what to look for.

Eventually me and George picked out a design for the ring, and when the CAD pictures arrived, it was better that I imagined. Made me feel at ease with the little subtle details that we both focused on.

When I picked up the ring, it was better that I could have imagined. It was genuinely exceptional. The craftsmanship, the care, you could all see it. With the way that Harper Tait operate, the fact that it is a bespoke ring and private appoitments made it feel special, like it was a piece of art that we were crafting.
