Paul carefully listened to our ‘wish list’ and understood what was important to us - his delivery of those needs was met and more.

The experience was very much a collaboration and Paul always took care to ensure that we were happy with how the choice of diamond and the ring design was progressing. Fantastic shop for jewellery! Their customer service is brilliant. I was messaging them on Whatsapp and they were always quick to reply, super friendly and so helpful. They helped me choose my engagement ring and diamond. When I ordered the ring, the diamond I ordered was not in stock. So, they gave me a more expensive diamond but honoured the original price. They also put in a special order for me to get it made quicker! Delivery was fast and the ring was very nicely packaged. Nothing bad to say about this company, they are amazing and I am so glad I chose them for my engagement ring! Cannot thank them enough:)
