Have given one star because there was no choice to give no star!
This company is a total lie.. do not believe anything she says.
I have never complained before but feel truly hurt by this lady who just lies through her back teeth. Very in personal and not a nice experience which should be for these young girls.
This lady could not even run a bath never mind a business.
Very unforeseen circumstances and would not give my daughter her money back even though we hadn’t picked up the dress..
there are so many more lovely shops out there.. Scruffy Shop. Not a nice environment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..

Amazing service my daughter wanted a specific dress for her prom and they had it available and had it shipped out to us straight away. It was fantastic service 5* I would recommend to anyone as the dress was beautiful and everything my daughter wanted.
