"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP"

First dress I ordered had dirty marks on the train and foundation marks on the inside. Spoke to the store and they replaced it with another dress that had even more dirty marks than the original dress and also ink marks on the train. I spoke to the store again regarding this who offered a refund. I explained that between paying for the original delivery of the first dress and having to send 2 dresses back to them it had cost me £39 in postage fees, I was assured they would be refunded. Guess what, no refund for postage charges. No customer service from the lady on the phone and not even an apology. Will NOT order from here again. terrible customer service, out of pocket and dirty clothing!

Prom dress shopping had proved to be stressful and then we decided to visit Pastiche. A completely different experience, very relaxed, no pressure and so many beautiful dresses to choose from. We found the one and will be back in 2 years for daughter number 2s prom and will definitely recommend to friends.
