I've been living here in Pearson Square flat for almost 10 months now. During the days of tenancy I would says that it was fantastic. Environment is quiet and peaceful who likes to rest after a long knackered day from work. Accessible to public transportation bus stop and nearby shops. However there's no perfect after all. My other concern about was poorly maintenance to clean the building flat vicinity. Slow responsive to complaint issues and sorting out problems. They took time to sorted it out. Right now, in my flat building we experiencing NO WATER HEATER for almost few days ago and we're difficult to connect with them for follow ups. It's annoying and frustrating. As in this kind of season it's difficult to do errands and having a shower with freezing water. Please upgrade your maintenance team.

Overall. Living with Ocasa Homes was quite great.

"If I could rate lower I would"

I was charged far too much for my room and have been trying to get my money back from the over payment for about 2 weeks now. My accommodation manager who communicates through what’s app (Dan) has been completely ignoring my messages about anything we can do about it so I had to go and sort it out myself. The time it’s taken has been absolutely abysmal. Not to mention the rat infestation in the car park that I have emailed about and still haven’t heard anything back from. Worst company known to man. Can’t wait to end this tenancy

Ocasa have dealt with all issues/ queries thoroughly, although a little delayed at times, understandably due to the Christmas holiday period, which is appreciated.

The truth of the matter is OCASA is unique and outstanding in their dealings. They have sympathy and very considerate handling matters that relate to tenants.

"Impossible to get a hold of a letting…"

Impossible to get a hold of a letting agent on the phone took me 6 attempts before I could speak to the agent. Requested the full 12 months rent upfront. Lied to about washing machines being able to dry clothes, lied to about the internet speeds. Very miss leading group who force you into a fixed term tenancy that you cannot exit. Managers don't take any complaints seriously just pawn you off with poor excuses. No one is held to account here and its evident they are getting away with alot of non compliance and poor hard sales like tactics. Also my shower broke after a week no shower for 3 working days, lock to my bathroom broke. Granted they did come out and fix it but an unbelievably stressful process. AVOID

Ocasa are a great private rental company! Definitely recommend! Their properties I.e house shares, flat shares; are lovely & have everything you need if you are just starting out on your own. Also very affordable!

Bins are always mess and there's not enough of them. Very noisy environment and the fire alarm is constantly being set off by other residents. Maintenance is very hit and miss. They often promise changes but little evidence that they are doing them on the ground. Out of hours service is non existent. Good luck getting help after 5pm or on a weekend.

I’ve been with Ocasa Homes for over 2 years now and I wouldn’t change a thing! They’re very responsive to emails and helpful if there are ever any maintenance issues. They’re always working with tenants to improve the building, for example they sent out a survey for feedback on our building, I personally mentioned it would be nice to have some improvements outside the building, since then we have had gardeners, new bins and our car park has been tidied up with a lick of paint. Rate them 10/10!! ☺️
