I bought two vertical radiators with 15 year guarantees from this company which have now both become faulty after a few weeks. Despite many eBay messages, emails and dozens of attempted phone calls (all unanswered) they refuse to respond. Shame on you.

Update: you have responded to my review by saying I need to contact you but clearly you have not actually read the review because if you had you would see that I have tried to contact you but you do not l/will not respond. Funny how you took notice of a bad review but still haven’t contacted me.

I purchased a cheap and cheerful shower enclosure and tray that arrived in the allotted time 0630hrs (nice and early) thank for a super service.
The installation was straight forward and using the showers has been a joy, I am really pleased with the results.
