"Poor during and after care"

After realising I had chosen the wrong size shower, I had a long communication with Elegant,even though the order wasn't dispatched I was told that it was. I asked for it to be cancelled no response. Was told to refuse but the courier just left the packages round the back and disappeared. Now I am sat with a product I don't need as I ve already ordered the right size via Amazon from Elegant. The choice I was given was I should either return it of my own expense via a courier or take it back to their shop.

Second time I've bought radiators off Elegant showers. Very competitive prices and very good delivery time. I would highly recommend Elegant showers if you're looking to renew or replace radiators

"Replacement faulty Radiator"

Nothing wrong with my recent purchase or indeed the help from the staff at Elegant Showers. -
I waited for my particular model to come into stock.
My reason for the purchase was to replace my existing radiator. - Again, purchased from Elegant Showers back in 2022.
The problem I had was a pinhole leak - clearly down to faulty manufacturing.
After contacting Elegant Showers, I was advised the product only had a 1 year warranty.
I feel this is unacceptable as the product clearly isn't fit for purpose. - As a result it should be covered under the 'Consumer Rights Act 2015'
Unfortunately the company cannot locate the details of my original purchase.
I'm currently searching for said documentation.
