Very helpful company, requested information as to the position of the electric connection. Had an email next day to confirm the outlet was at the top which was important as the new unit was a replacement.
Ordered one straight away, which was delivered on Monday morning having ordered late Thursday by DHL. Box was slightly damaged externally but having unpacked it was brilliantly packed, with nothing damaged. Electrician commented that when fitting such items a lot are already damaged, but this unit was perfect. Only comment would be that the instructions could be more informative. Electrician managed to sort the installing. Item looks very good now fitted, works well with light and dehumidifier in the mirror.
Would recommend this company and product.

"Mirrors are exactly what I wanted"

Mirrors are exactly what I wanted - at only 35mm depth they were the slimmest available with the features (shaving socket/dimmer/demister). They look good and were easy to fit especially on a stud wall. On a solid wall the electrician drilled a channel for the wire so that the mirror could sit flat against the wall.
