"Poor customer service "

Screen has been fine and done its job until a hinge snapped. Up until this point had no problem with the screen and would have given it 5 stars and parts failing happens so not a big deal. What really lets this company down is the current state of the costumer services team. The first emails received a reply then they just stop. I’ve emailed many times since to try and get answers to a simple question with no response. They seam to have no interest in helping resolve issues with there products.

I have now four different items of furniture from this company, they are all OK for the price, apart from the one item had damage which we saw after unboxing. We informed the customer service and they were very helpful and sorted out sending out a replacement part immediately, once I have this part and the item is put together I think I can then give them 5 stars. Delivery, was good and the quality of the products match the price you pay.

The first shower tray arrived with a fault, I asked for a refund which was dealt with very quickly and satisfactory. I then decided to order another tray and also a shower door, both items were delivered within two days of ordering. The shower tray is looking good and installed, The door is not yet fitted but seems to be all correct.

"Waste of time"

Ordered a shower door for plumbers starting on my ensuite. I was then informed by email that my order was damaged in transit, this is before it even reached me and that they couldn't send a replacement because apparently all the stock of that door was damaged. I then asked if they had any alternatives in that size which I was also told no and that I would just be sent a refund. I did receive my refund but what an absolute waste of time ordering from them which then left me in a position to have to find another door last minute. Wouldn't order from them again.
