Great customer service. Ordered Obi desert wanderer weathered and my static pommel cap wasn’t threading. Sent it back to them and they matched up a set of display and vented caps that fit and got it back to me asap.

One suggestion, sell ahsokas lightsabers separately, I personally like the shoto saber the best (because it would fit in my hand easier) but people lover her main saber, and for most of the clone wars she only had one saber, so it would be accurate.

So first a foremost: thank you Randy!

However few issues prevent me for grading 5 stars (sorry, I know that many users put 5 stars easily but that's not my case haha ).

First, the software is poorly configured. Mace Windu purple is a white-ish color. Even if Randy explained me that it's not possible to have purple with Proffie, I bought a 89sabers windu proffie saber and the purple is great. Even if it's a purple-pink, it's still way better than a white-light blue. Other example, 2nd & 4th track are useless funny tracks (dr who & Mario Kart I guess). I understand (not really to be honest but anyway) the need to add funny tracks to please everyone but please do not put them at the beginning. As a result, it creates a friction each time I want to reach real Jedi tracks as I need to go through them. They should be at the end for the scilly guys that like playing Mario Kart with their lightsaber. Maybe you should upgrade the software at some point to reach perfection :).

Second, few minor issues could have been avoided in my opinion. The activation button should be more easier to use. It's difficult to feel when you push it so it leads to missclicks. Combined with the useless tracks at the beginning it leads to frustration.

Also, when you unscrew the pommel, it's easy to lightly twist the other section which deactivates the electronics.
Also, I don't understand why the top of the activation box is so loose. It felt on the floor when I was playing lightly with my saber. It should be more secured.

Finally, it's more a suggestion than a feedback (but feedback is a gift so i try to help :), I would have loved to have "Luke Skywalker" written on the stand. Other companies are doing it and it's gorgeous.
