The two young guys that did the work were amazing, very friendly, keeping me updated with what they were doing. Cleaned up as they went along, no mess for me to clean up.

"Red flag-Unprofessional"

These guys didn't even get through the door. When making the appointment they asked whether all homeowners would be present. They called back asking the same question. I interpreted this as them suggesting that as a female i would not be in a position to make decision. I queried this and they were rude and hung up. No thanks

"unprofessional poor communication"

After many telephone and emails, an appointment was agreed. I rang the Friday before to ensure all was well and it was confirmed that a workman will be with me on Tuesday (Monday Bank Holiday). I left work early, made arrangements with the tenant to be in and we sat and waited. No one came or rang. I rang the office to find out what was happening only to be told the job was not booked

I just want to state how helpful Daniel was to me I asked how much roughly it would cost for 90 sq mtr of clear coating he gave me an estimation which then I told him I was very thankful as a company I had signed up for two days ago were charging me three times more minus a 60% discount from energy saving to which he said no company offers that ….
