"Giant sized PIV!!!"

Surveyor interpretation of what he sells and what is installed are very different on a scale. Was advised I'd have vents connected to PIV system in each ceiling but have vents that are not aesthetically pleasing in the walls. The PIV System was advised was A4 size and would sit neatly to the side of my loft hatch , infact is around 5x bigger! Only good thing is it does the job in reducing the condensation. They surveyor needs more training on his products!! Probably would have had second thoughts before buying had I been given the genuine facts!

OUTSTANDING IN EVERY WAY.

Jack and Harvey made a potentially hidious week of damp proofing inside & out and really enjoyable week.
I trusted them the minute I met them. Jack is definitely an expert who very obviously loves his job & strives for perfection.
Harvey will BECOME an expert because he followed instructions perfectly & watched every single tiny detail performed by Jack.

On one of the days I fell asleep in the lounge having done a night shift & I woke up 2 hours later to find they’d continued to work around me without waking me up & had tidied up, swept the floor, shut all the doors and crept out.

I admit I was petrified committing to such an expensive treatment but watching it all get done so perfectly was a pleasure and worth every penny.

Jack and Harvey are a credit to your company. You should be very proud having them on the frontline as your advocates.

Not only was I 100% impressed, my neighbour was so impressed that she has now booked this company.
