Great all round experience. We saw about four other damp specialists before these guys, and home building and surveying were by far the best and most reasonably priced (one company tried to quote us £18,000 to damp proof one room). The survey was incredibly thorough, resulting in a comprehensive report. Everything was very clearly explained to us, and the people who came to do the work were friendly, polite and probably left the house tidier than when they got there. Have recommended them to my neighbours.

Can't recommend highly enough, from start to finish everything was done in a professional and friendly manner. Their surveyor was patient with all our questions and then explained everything thoroughly and the work was done by a lovely team. They were respectful of us and our property and left everything clean and tidy.

Survey was quickly booked and details provided were clear and helpful. I managed to get a survey on one week and the work completed (3 day job) the next.

Pricing was fair for most items on the quote, especially in comparison to sole trader quotes received (that were at least twice the price for half the work).

The team who fulfilled the work were great too. Punctual, polite, happy to lend advice and run through the process, thorough and tidy too.

There are proof processes built into the job too such as pictures of complete work for evidence and a property/job walk around to ensure all aspects of the quote were conducted and to the appropriate standard, which is great for the customer.

I would recommend to anyone suffering damp issues and with a 20yr warranty/guarantee (perhaps for certain jobs like mine, rising damp), this provides a peace of mind, which is only a good thing!

The surveyor came out when arranged and was very thorough. You’re given a plan of the work in the quote which is really easy to follow.

The guys who came out to do the work were great, Dan (and apologies I forgot the other guys name) worked efficiently and kept me updated all day. The skirting boards were taken off with a lot of care and they made a really good job of tidying up after themselves too. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone with damp issues.
