"Didn't need to dread a Damp Course Treatment"

Whole experience was far better than I had feared, given that we were having the damp course treated for the whole house. From survey to completion there were no complaints. Only wrinkle was that we had been told that the job would only take 1 day and booked it on a Friday accordingly. Job ran over to the Monday which is why I don't give 5 stars. Special mention to Craig and Paul who were excellent. Kept mess down to a minimum, were very conscientious in their work, and kept us informed on progress throughout.

Jack and Harvey were absolutely fantastic. They were efficient and made sure they didn’t miss anything. They showed me on a daily basis the jobs completed and what was left. They left no mess and went above and beyond. I couldn’t be happier! Would definitely recommend. Thank you guys! ☺️

Had a great experience with Home Building & Surveying Company. Jake was really helpful over the phone and with setting up our appointment, and when Richard, the surveyor, came to view our property he gave a full and frank appraisal of our problems and how we could solve them. He managed to explain everything in the language of the layman and obviously knew his stuff! Would highly recommend!

We had a small patch of damp on an exterior wall. They came and surveyed, identified the problem and provided us a quote which we accepted.

Through the whole process everyone from the initial surveyor, customer service team, and tradesmen were informative and very helpful, keeping us updated and answering every question we had.

The tradesmen Frankie and Danny were amazing. Frankie explained everything in detail and kept us updated on progress. When an unexpected problem occurred, and it was something he'd not experienced often before, he took the time to check in with other tradesmen who had experience with it to verify the solution he thought he needed was the right one.

They kept the work area incredibly tidy and afterwards cleaned every scrap of dust away.

Frankie in particular was really friendly and made sure we were able to get on with our work and our cats were safe during the whole process.

Highly recommend this company.
