"SecoFlex painting of all external walls of the house."

Contract for external repair of cracked or loose rendering and application of SecoFLEX paint to all sides of the house including the fitting of dry verges to a gable end.
The survey was undertaken on 23/09/24 and was very thorough and well explained.
The quotation included extensive scaffolding to all areas which was something not included by other contractors. This was a key factor in accepting the fixed price quotation.
Although the work was scheduled to take about three weeks it was not completed until December 2024 due to the unusually severe weather conditions at that time. Although there were many interruptions to the work, everything was amicably explained and relations with the contractors were excellent through the entire construction period. At no time was the paint applied in damp conditions. At times the contractors seemed to go the extra mile in giving attention to finishes.
On completion it was found that minor damage to the guttering had been caused by the scaffolding and the sections of affected gutters were immediately replaced without hesitation.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the work. My only caution is to counsel prospective homeowners to avoid placing an outdoor contract late in the year due to uncertainties with regard to the weather.
In summary, I say well done to all concerned.

Spoke with company numerous times, 20 year guarantee not worth the paper it’s written on.
They want to charge £150 plus VAT to come and advise us how much more money they want to rectify their shoddy work
