We used this company for an issue of rising damp in our property. The surveyor carried out a detailed review of the property and recommended a number of actions to limit any further damage.

Builders were skillfull and hard working ; however we experienced a few delays in completing the job fully. This is understandable given heavy workload.

Customer service were very helpful in rescheduling all the necessary works and in chasing up.

Product was really well described. Fitting took 2 hours and was really mess free due to care taken by installer. He was polite and efficient. Product is really quiet and only a very low hum that you really have to concentrate to hear. Condensation has disappeared so far and I hope that continues into this winter.Very pleased with the results so far. Glad to recommend.

Had some roof work done by Jack McCarthy. A breath of fresh air in this industry, honest, straight forward and reassuring. Consistently showed us photos of him completing the various parts of the job and offered plenty of advice. Top lad.

My over riding comment is communication. It was always possible to get a quick and personal response either on the phone or by email. The free survey was arranged quickly and the surveyor was friendly and knowledgeable. There was a minor hiccup when installation had to be cancelled the day before the arranged date due to the electrician having a family emergency, but they kept in touch and rearranged promptly. The electrician who came was friendly, professional and tidy, staying late to get the job finished when things took a bit longer than expected. I was initially a bit disappointed with after sales service, thinking that communication had dried up after I paid the invoice but still had some practical questions. However they came good and prepared some video materials specifically for me to answer my questions. And most importantly, within a couple of days of having the work done, it was obvious that the house is much drier than it was before, no more condensation running down the windows on cold winter mornings. Very happy!

Professional from start to finish. The lads that arrived to do the work were respectful, polite happy to explain things. They both worked diligently, went the extra mile cleaned the guttering and filled a few defects in the brickwork.
