"Really impressed with the surveyor"

Really impressed with the surveyor. He not only looked at what we called him out for but did a thorough investigation. It could have been a marketing ploy but everything he pointed out was correct.
The work team were pleasant and helpful. On time, clean and tidy. Our house is circa 1900 so threw up a few problems which I’m happy to say the team was able to handle.
Overall a really good experience.

Paul and Craig was amazing. They made me feel at ease and explained everything to me. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure there was no mess! Best pair of lads!

"Let down by administrative staff."

No problem with the workmen but admin seemed to be bit poor. Took 3 days to contact us in the first place. Then a further 2 days to confirm an item that had been omitted from the quote. We paid the balance on the Friday the work was completed. We received on the following Monday . a request for payment (I had not opened this email) On the following day we received a demand for the payment. I rang the company up and they did confirm, with apologies, that payment had ben received. We have, however not received any instructions for the electrical items fitted.

"Stuart came out to look at a chimmney…"

Stuart came out to look at a chimmney that had an area if damp. He was extremely honest and kind and said this would be too small a job for the way the company worked as they would normally do more rooms rather than one small area. I am incredibly grateful for the approach and advice. It's very refreshing to have such a genuine person help out.

The 2 guys were on time and explained what they were doing. a good reliable company with 1st class workmen.

"Real care taken to get it right"

Had a DPC and 2 fans installed in my property, the guy (I am so sorry I didn't even ask your name!) came on time, explained to me exactly what he was going to do and how long it would take, clearly knew what he was doing. Had a bit of trouble with the installation of the fans but got there in the end, and I could see he genuinely cared about doing the job right, and even offered to come back another day to finish the job if it wasn't done in the 2 days (but didn't have to in the end). Really happy with the work that was done. Did a great job cleaning up too, took old skirting boards away after asking me if I wanted them. Overall brilliant job both lads were great, can recommend.

The damp treatment in our hallway and dining room was completed promptly and efficiently. Peter, the surveyor, explained everything clearly and professionally.

The work was done to a great standard and safely, with the work areas always kept clean and tidy. I'd also like to thank Ryan for keeping everything on track and making sure I was updated throughout.

Such a helpful company. The guys that called me were really friendly and helpful, then the guy that came out was the same. They couldn't help on this occasion as the area was small and they only really do whole houses however he checked most of the house before he left to make sure it was a localised problem and then gave me some recommendations and what to ask for. Brilliant and helpful service! What great guys 😀
