I was very happy with my experience with your company. The operators were friendly and efficient and went over and above what I expected. The work was expertly carried out and all the mess cleaned up. They even helped me with the moving of my furniture. Very satisfied. Will definitely recommend.

Main problem I noted was damp patches on walls. Discussed with surveyor and was reassured that plaster was fine and just needed damp proof course injection. Damp dried out then came back. I have proof of the advice I was given but this company now saying it’s not covered in their guarantee. I advised that I have been misled but apparently that’s not their problem . £2900 for a small terrace house and I still have damp.

We had a really seamless experience with The Home Building and Surveying Company. Initial surveyor was thorough and explained the process clearly.
The team who did the majority of the work, Ryan and Shae were excellent. They arrived on time, worked really hard, gave me an update of what was happening whenever I was on site. They were polite and friendly and were very experienced in their area of work.
All emails with Hannah in the office were answered really quickly and efficiently. Ryan and Shae had to come back to do some additional work that we hadn't anticipated and came back without complaint and sorted everything out in a day.
A great process from start to finish!

Organised a house visit. The day before the appointment they rang to confirm. They said they would ring back later in the day to confirm the time. I rang back the day of the visit and they had decided to cancel it without telling us. Completely wasted my time and the time booked off work to accommodate them.

"Damp Course Work"

Damp Course Work - I used check a trade and out of the number of companies I contacted this company was the only one to actual come out, check what the issue was and provide a full quotation. The other company just wants images via what's app and just provide a figure for the job. The surveyor Bob was very professional did a full check and provided me clear options and prices. The work itself was completed today and I am happy with the outcome and workmanship. The only feedback I would give is their was slightly lack of communication. They cancelled the job dates twice and on the 2nd cancellation we had to call them to find out what was going on. I also provided them additional contact details for relatives as I was at work and could not answer my phone but these details were not passed onto the driver when they came out today. overall I would recommend them to anyone who need a damp course doing on the house.
