The service I received from start to finish was exemplary. Bob, who undertook the initial survey was trusted by us from the outset, and we felt ‘looked after’ immediately, in a positive way.

Chris and Louie who undertook the work were brilliant. They are both a credit to your organisation. Service was flawless, and was stress free. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly and without reservation.

I have already passed on their details to a friend and colleague at work.

"Unethical and Dishonest!"

After a full survey to solve the damp issues in my home, I agreed the quote and paid a deposit for the works.

While on site, I was asking about the treatment of some visibly damp areas and the installer said it wasn't on the survey and they would have to charge extra. The cost seemed disproportionate to the rest of the work, which raised a red flag! I asked to pause the work to try and understand if any thing else had been missed off the survey and what the cost implications were.

I eventually spoke to Dominic Hickman (Director) who dodged my questions but finally admitted that despite a full survey - he nor anyone else at his company knew which walls needed treating and would have to resurvey!

He also said they had TRIPLED the cost for the extra works as it's at his company's discretion to do so! He was confused why I would be angry that the quote I was given was completely misleading and that he had TRIPLED the cost of the same treatment but in a different area of house.

He refused to come to the property or speak on the phone to try and understand the situation but just said he feels he had been met with 'resistance' because I wouldn't just pay the ludicrous inflated cost! NEVER work with this company! I have reported them to trading standards as they are completely unethical. USE ANYONE BUT THIS COMPANY!!! ABSOLUTELY APPALLING

I found this company , easy to contact on line , the survey was arranged and carried out as arranged, the quotation was provided and we accepted . The date for the works was arranged , the team turned up on time and were polite and worked diligently. Kris and Louis kept the place clean and were very helpful. Assuming I receive the Guarantee and the system works I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to my friends

"Don't bother with this company!"

This company does not deserve the one star. I telephoned them to enquire about a damp proofing quote and was given an appointment which was not only not met by them but they did not call to to advise me for the reason for it. I was left to chase them and was given some vague answers for the appointment not proceeding and during this call I was promised a call back from the person that I spoke to initially. I am still waiting for this call and can only assume that they are just time-wasting messers with nothing more to do with their time than to mislead people into thinking that they actually offer a service.
