Toyota service at Curries Isleworth provided a great customer experience. I really appreciated that Christopher at the front desk very kindly waited for me after the 6pm closing time when I was delayed getting back to pick up my car by roadworks in the area. Very courteous service providers and I was also kept updated about the progress of my car throughout the day.

Since writing this review I've had very helpful contact from the dealership and I have amended my two star rating I couldn't ask for a great support Simon is being wonderful I'm getting very poor after sales service fromCurrie Twickenham. Flat battery problem because Toyota Yaris cross 12 V battery goes flat if you go on holiday and the car can't be driven cannot speak to the Office sales manager and the sales person is unhelpful wish I had not bought the car now!

I had ordered a brand new car in March 2024 whereas they provided me a showroom display model car without telling me. The car was a multiple scratches all round, multiple recalls due to software issues and batteries as well as the charging problem. If I knew it is a display model car I wouldn’t have collected. After 6-7 months later, I knew this is a display model car. I had complained to the Great West Toyota Currie Motor as not responding very well ( refused by the sales person Mr Ray and and the manager Mr Ellis), and they said the issue has been escalated to customer relations department ( the complaint handled by Ms Jones which is utterly disgusting to deal with). And it’s escalated to the Motor Ombudsman service now which is lengthy process for queuing up.
It is a completely misleading under the Consumer Act.

I purchased my Toyota car in December 2024 at the Kingston branch of Currie Motors, only three months ago, but have not had time to give a review for many reasons.
Sam Azzi, who was then the Senior sales Manager, and his team were very helpful. Sam couldn't be more so, even though it is busy there, and, post car purchase.
I have written today because I called Currie Motors on the 19/03/2025 about something and to my disappoinment was told he had left a couple of weeks ago.
Where are they going to find his equal? He was reliable, and that is so important.
I had originally looked at other car sales companies
(won't mention them) and decided on Currie Motors after having met with and spoken to him. The good service continued, at least thus far.
I found (in the past) other car sales companies (brands) tend to get pushy and if you want to take time to think after a vehicle test drive, they lose interest and move onto the next 'possible' customer (or sale) as there is quite a lot of persuasion and pressure to buy, but not giving time to think or decide. Particularly with women, whom they may regard as a 'pushover'.
Also, there tends to be a long telephone waiting time to get to speak to anyone, or the awful generic "press one, press two". Reception chaos.
Currie Motors in Kingston have a proper reception.
No messing about. (At least so far.)
Sam even said to 'please don't hesitate if you need
help with anything else', when I went back to ask about something..this is 'after' purchasing the car.
This is was used to be known as 'customer care' which shouldn't end when you have bought the vehicle.
If he is to be replaced, it will hopefully not be disappointing. I am still recommending them to people who are looking for a new car.
I hope I will not be disappointed and regret anything.
Sam was definately an asset (not all managers are).
Perhaps he will come back?
Fingers crossed that standards do not drop.

"Great Van Hire Service"
I have hired a van from Currie Motors Twickenham on three occasions now and they have always offered an excellent service. The vans are well presented, drive well, and have always ensured I got my delivery to it's destination on time.
