"Expired D E ?? Get Real !"
I have ordered a variety of items periodically from Raw Food World over the last several years. Their products are top quality, well packaged and have always arrived timely.
I am adding my review here right now because I'm so disgusted with the person who was complaining that the D. E. He ordered was supposedly expired and so he'd never order anything from them again! Really!!
Come on people, let's use some common sense! Diatomatious Earth is basically 1,000 year old "healthful dirt". It has zero life energy left in it to spoil or "go bad". Its diatom shell flour.
Yet this guy is all upset about an expiration date??
Unfortunately, all products sold to the public now days are required to have one, or at least a "Sell by" date.
Not all products sell out quickly. D.E. is popular, but
sold competively in many places and Raw Food World most likely was simply a bit over-stocked.
To give such a negative review over a non-food product is ridiculous. It damages the reputation of a company that I have interacted with and have great respect for.
Please do not let that review scare you away from trying Raw Food World's stellar products. I'm sure you will be as pleased with them as I have always been.

"I purchased Diatomaceous Earth from the…"
I purchased Diatomaceous Earth from the Raw Food World and it was expired when I received it. I called and emailed several times, but I received no response for about 2 months. When I FINALLY did receive an email response, they said they would not do anything about it. When I said I wanted to communicate with Matt directly in order to let him know that I would no longer be making purchases from his website if he didn't make this right, they refused to pass my concern on to him. As a result, I no longer shop on his website due to receiving expired merchandise and poor customer service. Very disappointing!!! = (

"Honest, Best Products"
Wonderful customer service, excellent products; the purest and best I’ve ever had. Also, completely up and up and honest- Matt found out that one supplier wasn’t up to his standards, and he refunded EVERYONE that purchased said product with a full and detailed email of explanation. Seriously one of the very best, one of the few I truly trust-having suffered from an illness that requires constant vigilance.

Scam artists taking advantage of sick people who are trying trying to heal themselves woth healthy foods and supplements. Looks like there is a new pitch and "pity me" story from Matt the snake Monarch. Avoid at all costs.

So far, good customer service (response, shipping, credit) & quality of products. I think once in the past, I had a slow response about a product, but no issue with getting credit.
Sorry to hear about those who had a negative experience on the retreat. I would like to go to see for myself, though.
I think Mr. Monarch should respond to criticisms/reviews. At the same time, I understand some people & companies seek to destroy the public's access to organic, healthy foods. They'd prefer us to eat contaminated, processed foods that make us sick, so that Big Pharma & the medical establishment can make huge profits.

"Disappointed in Massachusetts"
Somewhat disappointed, I have been a RAWFOOD Matt monarch fan for a few years now, was so excited to order from the store, but it seems the last couple of orders have been messed up, I always spend an arm and leg on shipping and never receive my packages on time. Last order I bought was on cyber Monday, and still have not received my package and it is December 8 !!! Twice my orders were out of something and I was still charged until I called to ask why I was charged but never received the product. But to wait this long and such high shipping will make me think twice about ordering again. So unhappy and wish I had my order. ☹️ How does this happen ...

I've order many many times over many years and have had only one bad experience which the company did make right. I've found all products I have ordered to be good with the exception of 1 or 2 which can happen from time to time. I do recommend this company.

"Me and my wife went to the raw food…"
Me and my wife went to the raw food world retreat for Christmas and it was the worst experience we'very ever had at a retreat center. There was very little care for the guests. Matt Monarch has one of the biggest egos I've ever seen, only second to his partner Romeo who runs the sweat lodge and organizes the San pedro ceremony. Romeo was going around telling everyone they had parasites and even told the raw food chef she was a parasite! I highly recommend not going to this retreat center or buying anything from the raw food company. I know I won't and I wish we'do been warned before we made the mistake of going. Half of the guests including me and my wife left halfway into the retreat because we were so appalled by the treatment we recieved. If your looking for a good raw food experience check out the Ann Wilmore center in Puerto Rico or even the tree of life in arizona

"RANCID NUTS"
RANCID NUTS - I'm a holistic physician and been a follower of Matt Monarch for many years. Recently I ordered two bags of organic nuts (Mac and Hazel nuts) , kept them in the refrigerator unopened, and three months later they were very rancid. Apparently customer service has changed recently at the Raw Food World, and the customer service person responding to my concern seemed disinterested that they can be selling an unhealthy product with rancid oils, and told me my product was over a month old so I'm basically out of luck.
In each email as well as several Facebook messages to Matt Monarch I asked then to show my letter to Matt Monarch personally as a social media person is directing his sites for him. Eventually Matt seem to surface stating that it was him and that he would send me two bags of nuts to replace mine.
The macadamia nuts were very rancid again and when I tried to correspond on Facebook I was unfriended and blocked.

"TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE"
In December of 2017 I ordered a case of one product. At that time, I could not reach any customer service people to help with questions I had about my first time order. I left a few messages and sent a couple emails and the company didn't respond. I gave them the benefit of doubt considering the holidays and all and went ahead placing the order.
A month later the case finally came with the wrong product. It took several emails and phone calls to reach a person to speak to about their mistake. They told me they didn't have the product I ordered so they made an "on the spot" call to substitute the product I ordered for another. I said that was unacceptable and I didn't want the product they sent me. They said I could wait for the product I wanted to come in and they would exchange. They said they hoped the product might be in stock in about 6-8 weeks. I said that was unacceptable. They had $80.00 of my money for a product their website store said was in stock and now they want me to wait up to 8 weeks and hope the product comes in for stock.
I said I wanted to return the case I had in error for a refund. During the one time I spoke to this one human being he said they would email me a return shipping label and once the product was received they would issue my refund. It took them an entire month to get me a proper return label for Fedex....many emails and phone calls unanaswered during the time I waited for a proper label. Finally upon returning the product and seeing via my tracking number they received the product on March 2, it took me a dozen more more pone calls and emails to ask why I had not been issued my refund as of March 12, ten days later.
They do not answer phone calls or emails. They do not fill orders properly. They decide on their own what substitutes to mail you. They do not communicate at all like a normal business company and their lack of responses leaves me feeling like someone has a garage full of grocery items they thought would be "so cool" to sell on line but maybe the reality of responsibility was just not so appealing to these people.
Very frustrating and difficult company to deal with - not AT ALL worth the trouble.
