"THE Most Dysfunctional Company I've Ever Experienced"

Placed an order for $177 & received NO order confirmation email. Called & left messages during business hours, NO calls back. Four days later I notice that my card was charged, but still no email or calls back from numerous attempts via both email & phone. Finally, 18 days later, I get an order confirmation email, but with an old address they had in their records & not the one entered when placing the order. Immediately sent a reply email (& called leaving message) correcting the address, still no reply. 24 days later, still nothing. Will be contacting my card issuer to get a refund. After checking here at Yelp!, BBB and other web resources, it appears RFW has had issues going back since before 2011. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

"Falsely advertised b12 product. Would not exchange. Also rude."

Placed an order on December 30th for a pack of 48 b12 patches for my newly vegan family to try. Received an entirely different product than what they advertised online. First I emailed them about the error and innocently asked them to advise next steps to rectify the mistake. Someone named Chase responded saying that I was the one who was mistaken. I sent them a screenshot of the product page and never received a response. I called the next day and explained the situation to someone claiming to be Daniel. First he hung up on me. I called back. He then began insulting me, telling me that I lacked common sense. I demanded to speak to a manager and he said he is the manager and he would not let me talk to anyone else because I am a waste of time. He then hung up on me again. That same day they pulled down the product page for the product. It seems like an awful lot of trouble for them to go through for a $60 product when I was just looking to do an exchange. Also very short sighted, since vegans need to take daily b12 supplements. I tried to explain to Daniel that I would be placing regular orders if we liked them but he was too busy insulting me to listen.
I wish I researched the raw food world and matt monarch before ordering from them. They are scam artists. I should have seen the red flags..like charging $23 for shipping a 1lb box. They also promised a “gift” of a pack of 16 b12 patches with any order over $99, and they did not send it.

"Ordered on September 23"

Ordered on September 23, 2017 and no patches, no letter, only status seen as ready to ship, BUT NO SHIPMENT. Also, since these are practically weightless, how much could it possibly cost to send them - surely not more than a couple of dollars....now it is November 7, no response, $162. plus dollars, seems this scenerio is far more common than it should be.

"TAKE HEED MY PEOPLE!! SLICK SCAMMERS!!!"

I WOULD SAY I WAS EXTREMELY HURT AND DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO RECEIVE A PACKAGE I BOUGHT FROM THEM THE COMBO PK ONE FOR MY HAIR AND THE OTHER FOR MY JOINTS FOR I SUFFER WITH SYSTEMIC LUPUS FIBROMYALGIA AND ARTHRITIS ALONG WITH OTHER ISSUES 😒😐😑 SO LONG STORY SHORT I SPOKE TO SERVERAL PEOPLE AND EVERYONE MADE ME PROMISES TJAT IT WAS COMING AFTER HURRICANE IRMA SO SINCE THAT HAPPENED TO THE WHOLE STATE OF FLORIDA I WAS LIKE OKAY VOOL I'LL WAIT FOR U GUYS TO DELIVER IT TO ME BUT HOW ABOUT THE FOLLOWING WEEK WENT BY AND STILL NO PACKAGE SO I CALLED AGAIN SPOKE TO SPMEBODY ELSE AND HE TOLD ME THAT IT WAS DELIVERED TO ME ON THAT TUESDAY BUT STILL NO PACKAGE PLUS MAY I ADD THAT I WORK FROM HOME SO I AM HOME ALL THE TIME AND LIVE IN A BEAUTIFUL NEBIGHOOD OFF THE COASTAL IN BOCA RATON FL!!!!! SO I'M TRYING TO LET THEM KNOW I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE AND HE GOES TO TELL ME THAT HE WOULD CHECK IT OUT TO SEE WHAT IS GOING ON AND WHEN HE FINDS OUT WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO MY PACKAGE THAT HE WOULD INFORM ME & HOW ABOUT A WEEK WENT BY STILL NO ANSWER FROM ANYONE AT THAT ### I CALLED AND I CALLED AND I CALLED EVEN ALL TIMES OF DAY TRYING TO GET A HOLD ON THEM LEAVING SERVERAL MESSAGES AND NO 24 HR RETURN CALL SO BY THIS TIME I JUST WANT MY $$$$ BACK AND I EXPRESSED THAT!!!! SO I'M STILL CALLING THESE PEOPLE AND TO NO AVAIL NO ANSWER STILL!!!😖😤😤😤 UNTIL I CALLED THEM FROM THE HOSPITAL IN BOCA RATON YES THE HOSPITAL AND GUESS WHAT THEY ANSWERED BY THE SECOND RING I WAS SHOCKED RELIEVED AND ANGRY AT THE SAME TIME. SO I'M TALKING WITH THE GUY WHO SAID HIS NAME IS CHASE AND HE IS THE STORE MANAGER AND THAT THEIR US NOBODY OVER HIM FOR HE HAS THE LADT WORD SO WE WHERE GOING BACK AND FORTH ABOUT THE MISSING PACKAGE AND ALL HE SAID AND TOLD ME IS THAT IT WAS DELIVERED TO MY FRONT DOOR WITH NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED JUST TO LEAVE IT AT THE DOOR AND CHASE SAID THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT HAPPENS AFTER PACKAGE IS DELIVERED BUT I WAS TELLING HIM THAT NO ONE DELIVERED A PACKAGE TO ME ALSO SAYING TO HIM THAT U ALL TOOK MY $65 WITH NO PROBLEMS AND I PAID U FOR A PRODUCT AND NEVER GOT IT!!! SO CHASE REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY $$$ BACK RAISED HIS VOICE AND THEN STATED IT WAS DELIVERED TO THE ADDRESS U GAVE US SO WE OWE U NOTHING AXX HE ALSO TOLD ME THAT IT'S STATES THAT IN THE CONTRACT NO REFUNDS!🤤🤤🤤WTH U MEAN NO REFUNDS FOR PACKAGES NOT RECEIVED SAID CHASE THE MANAGER AND CEO OF THE RAW FOOD WORLD THAT IS POLICY AND UR NOT GETTING UR $$$$ BACK NOT THEIR PROBLEM SO FED EX,UPS AND THE RAW FOOD WORLD ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IN MAKING SURE THAT I HAVE RECEIVED MY PACKAGE IN A TIMELY MANNER!! WTH!!!! WTDTA!!!! LIKE DAM U WOULD HAVE THOUGHT IT WAS COMING FROM CHINA!!!! DAM!!! TFU ON SO MANY LEVELS! OH AND I ALSO GOTTA ADD C.S ISN'T ABOUT NOTHING NO PEOPLE SKILLS AT ALL JUST PLAIN RUDE!!! I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THAT REVIEW ON HOW THE RAW FOOD WORLD OPERATES WITH THEIR PAYING CUSTOMERS THANK GOD I DIDN'T BUY A LOT OF STUFF FROM THEM CAUSE IF I DID I WOULD HAVE BEEN SOOOOOO F***! Oh & CHASE THE STORE MANGER/CEO OF RAW FOOD WORLD I FEEL LIKE U LITERALLY POKE ME IN THE A** WITH NO VASELINE CAUSE U TOOK MY $$$$ AND ACTED AS IF U REALLY DIDN'T CARE ABOUT MY SITUATION WHICH WAS ME NEVER RECEIVING MY ORGANO DUAL PACKAGE $64.00 AND I HAD TO PAY FOR THE COST OF SHIPPING FOR THOSE PARTICULAR ITEMS!!! SMDH!!!! SEE THIS THE KIND OF STUFF THAT MAKE U NOT TRUST ANYONE OR ANYTHING ON LINE ESPECIALLY IF IT IS A NEW SMALL COMPANY!!! JUST DONT DO IT!!!😲😲😲 HELL THAT MEAN NO MORE INTERNET SHOPPING FOR ME FOR!!!😔😔😔JUST SAY NO!! & DON'T DO IT!!! "I haven't received my goods."

I made an order on sep 3, and have paid for it. I have not received the goods and I wrote an e-mail with the answer that they had to find the price for international shipping. I sent them my proof of payment and now they don't answer my e-mails anymore. I want to know, if I'll receive my goods or get my money back, but no answer at all.

"I bought a (good) product from this …"

I bought a (good) product from this company, once, and then began receiving about 5 emails a week. The advertising is so aggressive (ironically feels like a virus) I really will not buy from this company again, on principle. I asked them to take me off their list via email, and then began receiving hourly replies that customer service has received my email, not once, but hourly. Truly like a virus. When I called customer service I reached a nice normal human who pointed out I could effect the scenario myself by tweeking the email at the bottom to get fewer emails, or paste their address into my spam folder. Valid points, even if shifting responsibility. Nevertheless, as my phone internet doesn't have the feature available, I will just have to wait out the week of emails from them until it supposedly updates in a week. Not surprising, i guess, considering how much noise they send out, that it will take a week to withold the advertisements rolling, like an avalanche, into my space... Am sure the company means no harm. But in my experience, such a brazen advertising approach, even when with alkaline products, can become rather acidic...

"Happy with olives"

The raw olives are great. They have an intense flavor compared to canned. They are slightly moist and fresh. It took a while for my order to process and ship.

"Best customer service reps I've ever worked with."

I received a double order by mistake once and the customer service reps were excellent at correcting the error immediately. I also can't recall anything that I've ever ordered I didn't like. I think Matt does an great job sourcing out the best raw foods and health products for us. I feel safe when I order from him that the product won't be watered down or adulterated in some form. Keep up the fantastic work.
