This company is quick to take your money but good luck trying to get it installed. They subcontract the installation to some guys that never call you back and don’t show up when they say they will. We’ve been waiting 5 weeks. At least three times we were told they were coming but they didn’t. No excuses provided. I guess our time waiting for them means nothing. Too bad Ameriglide uses these installers and they don’t seem concerned about it. It’s a black eye for their company.

Your installer has not contacted us. We have the material for the stairlift sitting in our garage waiting to be installed. If you cannot do better than this, than I would suggest others to look elsewhere to do business.

"Poor service after the sale"
The ordering experience was fine, but when the unit came in and was set-up if squeaked and vibrated and I have been unable to get anyone to service it. I called the sales desk multiple times to request assistance and was promised a call back which never came. Before you order, please verify that service is available in your area. Other dealers do not want to service Ameriglide products in my area.

Shipment came in three packages and was there in four days. Very good.
Installation went well.
We do have an issue with the safety switches kicking out at times. We need to look into that.

"Horrific Customer Experience and Support"
I have a case number for a stairlift we bought in March, installed in April and determined the first week or so of May it was broken. I went through the process with your tech support and the manufacturer to get a new chassis sent my way and have had zero call backs, no response and no resolution to the problem. I worked with support to get some sort of resolution, but the problem is the response times are 5 days between. I finally walked through the warranty form with support, that I sent 5 days ago and she told me it would be another 1-2 weeks for the part to get here. That just isn't going to work for me and I need to understand what else you can do to resolve this sooner.
I have an 80, almost 81 year old mother-in-law that depends on the chair for her safety. She has to go up and down 15 steep stairs to go to the doctor, or the store. She has broken bones in her lumbar spine and both sides of her sacrum from osteoporosis. This is a dangerous situation we have in our home, but your technical support and follow through are the worst I've ever experienced. Can you please find a quicker way to resolve this and have someone get back to me as soon as possible?
