Despite a little hiccup early on in the process almost having the wrong piece of carpet delivered, it was sorted out very quickly and I received the contract carpet a few days later, the customer service team were very good.

Would definitely order from Burts Online again, we did have a problem with the delivery which was not down to Burts but the delivery company themselves, Customer Service at Burts was extremely good and dealt with the problem immediately. We are very pleased with the carpet we ordered it is of good quality at a competitive price and would have no hesitation in recommending them. Was also good to be able to get a sample free of charge before purchasing the carpet.

Unfortunately the delivery with DX Delivery was hit and miss and despite two messages confirming the day of delivery, and remaining house bound all day from 8am to 6 pm, the delivery did not arrive. No update communications or explanation from DX and their online tracking info is of minimal help.

I needed a carpet to fit my landing, so I only really needed an off cut. I didn’t even realise that this would be a thing online.

But when I did a search BURTS was up there in the top results. I looked at a couple of sites for comparison, along with that sites reviews.

So here I am adding mine. The price of the carpet was a fair price, not the cheapest online, but also not the most expensive. The quality of the Italia Anthracite Grey 4.00m x 2.00m was better than I expected. The quality of the underlay and carpet combined leave you feeling like you’re walking on luxury.

The landing is my only carpeted part of my house, and if I need it doing again BURTS is where I’ll buy.

Super fast delivery in less than the advertised 3 days. For me it was 2 days. Although it says it’s a roadside drop off, they actually dropped it at my door, but I think that’s because it was a small carpet. Any bigger and you would need to meet the driver I would guess.
