I can’t speak highly enough of the team at Burts. I had several queries mainly concerning delivery (by a separate company who failed to deliver three times). The team at Burts dealt with these queries with superb professionalism, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

Burts staff were great! The delivery company were not. I had a message saying the carpet was arriving Sat instead of monday from DX. I had to wait in all day, missed a days work in london 6 hours drive, then had to drive down at 6pm. NO contact number for DX and no way of contacting them/ I then opened the carpet and found that the colour was in no way shape or form the same as I'd ordered. I contacted them only to be told that they thought it was close enough. It's now cost me 110 to send the bloody thing back. Shameful misselling

Delivery within two days. Product as described and well protected

"Delivery let both me & Burts down. No contact between myself waiting & actual delivery. Just left in front garden. I had to get help to move indoors. Not Burts fault at all. I did report this."

Delivery was not good. DX left items in front garden. There was no contact between them & myself.I had waited since 7am as instructed for this.No doorbell rang no knock at door.
