Reasonable prices and and kept me well informed regarding delivery. Ordered carpet and underlay and only xaroet turned up, but contacted Burts and within 2 hours had a phone call to put the problem right. Excellent customer service.

If I could give no stars, I would.

Failed to deliver on the indicated date, despite multiple attempts to contact for a confirmation when they were notified that workmen were hired to assist with the receipt. Countless hours wasted on hold with customer service. Gave them an opportunity to fix the situation with a second delivery. Again, no notice, no delivery, lost money hiring workmen. Was given direct number to depot manager with the assurance they would make this right - nobody answers that phone number either.

Despite the reply below, as of 10 December I have not received my product and am still awaiting a full refund.

Second update - I’ve now been informed that the courier dumped the carpet in my neighbour’s garden (without notice to me or any attempt to confirm I received it) over a week ago where it has been left out in the elements.
