Phoned customer services, really helpful and ensured I got exactly the carpet end roll I wanted. Order placed 5pm Thursday & arrived 9am Monday. Carpet looks amazing and was half the price I was quoted from a carpet shop.

"Lino purchase"

Hello I requested a sample that was never received however I decided to go ahead and purchase. I requested delivery on 19 Nov and stayed in all day waiting At 6 pm as I had not heard a knock on door I| looked outside and found Lino roll in plastic bag had been placed behind the hedge in the rain !!! I looked at security camera and it appears it was placed there about 2pm!!!! lino is as advertised and looks good and am happy with it

Burts on line have great priced carpets and good offers. Fantastic customer service when you call them all the staff are happy to answer your questions. They're happy to send out samples quickly free of charge. Burts charge £39.95 for delivery but you can click and collect for free which I did as burts only 17 miles away. To my suprise I got a telephone call from them asking if Tuesday would be all right for delivery. I explained I was going to collect and had not payed for delivery but the member of staff informed me that as I was close to them they were going to deliver my carpets. Fantastic service.
I highly recommend this company to anyone.
