"Just don't do it"

Long lead times were actually optimistic. Finally complained and my order was shipped out next day. Worst quality ceiling fan I've ever purchased. Will be lucky if it lasts a year or 2. Complete junk. Poorly engineered, poorly manufactured.

This is the worst online store I’ve ever dealt with. The lamps arrived four months after ordering, with broken parts and cut cords. They’re impossible to assemble—not only because instructions are completely missing, but also because you’d actually need a soldering iron. Customer support will keep giving you the runaround without ever processing a refund, despite their supposed return guarantee and insurance. Total scam—avoid at all costs.

Took over 1 month for delivery. Looks like these products are Chinese garbage. No instructions. Customer service was unhelpful. When I asked to return the product, they gave me the run around and wouldn't provide return instructions. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! (psst, you can buy these same items from Amazon for a lot cheaper!!!)

"Horrible company"

Horrible company! Everything is made in China and is poor quality! I ordered concrete pendant lights. Out of 4 of them, 2 arrived damaged with pieces broken off of them. I sent the company photos and they refused to let me return them! They said that they were not damaged and were made to have pieces broken off them like that. It was clearly a lie so that they did not have to pay for return shipping. I am disputing the charges with PayPal. But I am horribly disappointed that I am not stuck with incredibly expensive damaged lights. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! If there is a problem with your order (which comes all the way from China and takes FOREVER to get) you will be stuck with the item. Worst customer service ever and I wasted $600!
