"Eternal run-around from Vakkerlight"

I ordered some products from Vakker. The electrician is reluctant to install them becuase they don't seem to be UL-listed. Various parts have UL-approval, but we all know that doesn't sum up to the entire product being UL-approved. The wire colors are non-standard. They won't give a time window when the electrician can call to discuss, insisting that they can call. How do I line up a call with the electrician? They offered to send me some UL stickers to put on the lights. This has been very expensive and frustrating.
They obviously do not take UL-listing seriously or they wouldn't hand out stickers to put on the product. They recommend that I get an electrician who does not insist on UL-approval. An electrician can lose his/her license for installing this stuff. They finally gave me a phone # for "live customer service". It leads to a recording that says to email them.
