This is a really bad company

They have Trustpilot reviews for Vakkerlighting.com as well- it’s the same company.

I bought a light on there and was given a made up tracking number. I thought I was protected through paypal and opened a case. The company then admitted it had not sent the item due to an error and did send it after this. The light took over two months to arrive to me. Once I got it- it was not as described. Not as nice, but also and most significantly required two power sources to work when it had noted only one in the advertisement. This would require an electrician and so I tried to return it.

Basically they said go ahead but at your own cost. PayPal's policy is to make them take it back but the buyer has to pay shipping. Shipping cost was more than the light. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT USE VAKKERLIGHT!!!!

This vendor keeps changing their reply as if they wish to be helpful- but they refuse to refund. My above review captures my experience accurately.

"Terrible experience"

Terrible experience. Lead to believe 2 wall sconces were included in package and when I contacted them to return the one I received it was too expensive and so ordered a second one I needed for a matching pair and that one was missing a wall piece and cannot use. I’ve contacted them several times and get no where. I have been scammed.

Vakkerlighting is now Vakkerlight both are terrible have been dealing with a poor quality damaged in shipping light fixture for over 6 months still no resolution.
